Congratulations to Kearney Fire Station for bringing home the Firefighter Challenge trophy for 2023!  This year, Asylum Hotrods also created a custom trophy which will be kept at the Watt Century Farm House Heritage Centre and brought out annually to showcase the winner of the challenge. 

We colour coded the fire department teams this year: 

Burk's Falls - Gold

Kearney - Blue

Magnetawan - Red

McMurrich/Monteith - Green

Perry - Orange

Firefighters also received a custom firefighter coin to recognize their dedication to the service.  This year's design includes the theme of brotherhood.  Brotherhood is not just a word, it's a commitment to always have each other's back.
